Actano and IPO.Plan provide vivid and meaningful project planning for extensive development, factory planning and logistics projects in the industry: within the framework of a cooperation, they combine a collaborative project management with a meaningful 3D visualization of digital models. The RPLAN 4D software delivers up to 30 percent time savings through better overview and orientation. At the trade fair LogiMAT from 14 to 16 March in Stuttgart, visitors will experience the 4D project management for the first time in Hall 1, Stand 1F31 of IPO.Plan.
RPLAN 4D opens up new avenues in the planning, control and communication of extensive and complex projects in industry. By directly connecting to the respective planning object, the software reduces the complexity and creates a better understanding of the respective tasks and project sequences. High-performance rendering functionality allows you to quickly import large CAD models from virtually any system and navigate quickly, with direct collaboration with comprehensive collaborative management capabilities for long-term projects. As a result, the software meets the special requirements of the automotive industry, machine and plant engineering as well as the construction industry.
Where large investments, long-term planning cycles with numerous stakeholders and an extensive supply chain prevail, RPLAN 4D ensures user-friendliness and transparency, fast and detail-based decisions as well as higher quality. A simple integration of the different disciplines into the planning environment leads to a better motivation of the participants. This facilitates the communication and collaboration of suppliers and experts without experience in project management. Higher transparency prevents errors and leads to the early detection of conflicts in project planning.
In many areas, 3D models and virtual reality are already being worked on closely. This applies to the product development process of the industry as well as to the factory planning – but also for large construction projects. In these areas, collaborative project planning is based on the 3D model, the 4D project planning, the logical digitization step.
Additional planning solutions, such as IPO.Log or IPO.Rack from IPO.Plan, can be easily connected to the cloud-based project platform for a detailed fine-tuning of all logistical processes.
