Defined project goals permit the systematic controlling of schedules and content during the course of a project. The early identification of risks and the initiation of appropriate actions means that you are able to act rather than react. The RPlan project management software provides all the tools you need in this respect.

In the RPlan Project Controller module you define goals, risks and associated actions from directly within RPlan Schedule Manager. These parameters are assessed by comparing them with the current status or in anticipation of possible deviations, thus providing you with a reliable, informative early-warning system.

Use of current data from RPlan scheduling and resource planning as well as from timesheets ensures that projects are managed continuously and transparently throughout the entire project organization.
